Digital reservation
The $49 Price Drop Alerts early access reservation is a digital purchase. After payment, you receive (or are entitled to) the ART-01 sample and reservation status for the validation window.
Refunds
If you have not received the ART-01 sample within a reasonable time after a successful charge, email hello@doggybagg.cc with your receipt. We will resolve by delivering the sample or refunding the charge.
Because this is a low-price digital reservation (not live software), refunds after successful sample delivery are evaluated case-by-case for duplicate charges, clear misrepresentation, or processor error. Request within 14 days of purchase when possible.
How to request
Email hello@doggybagg.cc with subject “Price Drop Alerts refund”, order/receipt ID, and reason. DoggyBagg LLC will respond as promptly as practical.
