Digital protocol purchase

Price Drop Alerts ART-01 is sold as an instant digital protocol pack: Agency $490 (≤10 client engagements) or Solo $49. After payment, you receive the ART-01 protocol file via Lemon Squeezy delivery.

Refunds

If you have not received the ART-01 protocol within a reasonable time after a successful charge, email hello@doggybagg.cc with your receipt. We will resolve by delivering the file or refunding the charge.

Because this is a digital download (not live software), refunds after successful delivery are evaluated case-by-case for duplicate charges, clear misrepresentation, inaccessible file, or processor error. Request within 14 days of purchase when possible — same window stated on Lemon checkout.

How to request

Email hello@doggybagg.cc with subject “Price Drop Alerts refund”, order/receipt ID, and reason. DoggyBagg LLC will respond as promptly as practical.
